Synopsis

It’s not easy being Aza, but she’s trying... trying to be a good daughter, a good friend, and a good student, all while navigating an endless barrage of invasive, obsessive thoughts that she cannot control. When she reconnects with Davis, her childhood crush, Aza is confronted with fundamental questions about her potential for love, happiness, friendship, and hope.

Movie facts

The movie adaptation of Turtles All the Way Down will be released on MAX on May 2nd 2024 starring Isabela Merced, Cree Cicchino and Felix Mallard. Hannah Marks (Banana Split; After Everything; Don’t Make Me Go) directed.

Elizabeth Berger and Isaac Aptaker (This Is Us; Love, Simon) wrote the screenplay.

Temple Hill Entertainment and New Line Cinema co-produced the movie. John has worked with Temple Hill on the adaptations of his books The Fault in Our Stars, Paper Towns, and Looking For Alaska. Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen and Isaac Klausner from Temple Hill serve as producers.
